A customer needs an install
Someone buys plants, trees, or materials and asks who can plant them. Instead of turning them away, hand the job to us.
Submit the lead
In your portal, click Submit a Lead and add the customer, their address, what they bought, and any photos or receipts. Takes about two minutes.
We quote and schedule
We prepare the quote, collect payment from the customer, dispatch an insured installer, and coordinate the install date. You do nothing.
We install and clean up
Our crew picks up from your lot, delivers, plants, and leaves the site clean. You can follow the status in your Orders tab the whole way.
You earn a referral fee
When the job is paid in full, your referral fee is added to your earnings. Track your balance and payouts in the Earnings tab.

Common questions from greenhouses.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Becoming a GardenReady partner greenhouse is free. You only ever earn, there are no fees, dues, or minimums.
How and when do I get paid?
Your referral fee is calculated automatically once the customer pays in full for their install. You can see your running balance and payout history in the Earnings tab of your portal, and payouts go out on a regular cycle.
What kinds of jobs can I send?
Anything that needs planting or installation: trees and shrubs, garden beds, mulch and topsoil, sod, planters, and light hardscape. If your greenhouse sells it, we can usually plant it.
Do I have to deal with the customer or the scheduling?
No. Once you submit the lead, we take over completely, quoting, payment, scheduling, the install, and cleanup. You just track progress if you want to.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Northeast Ohio and are expanding. Partner greenhouses get first access to new service areas as we grow.
How do I submit a job?
Log into your partner portal and click Submit a Lead. Enter the customer's details, what they purchased, and any photos. We are notified instantly and take it from there.
