GardenReady LLC doing business as GardenReady ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and partner portal, and how we use and protect it.

Information We Collect

From visitors and customers

When a garden-center partner submits a job lead on your behalf, we receive your name, phone number, email address, installation address, details about your purchase, and any photos or documents related to the job. We use this information to schedule, deliver, and complete your installation.

From garden-center partners

When you register as a partner garden center, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and location. Through the partner portal, we also collect job submission details and correspondence. We store records of any partner program payments tied to completed jobs.

From installation contractors

When you register as an installer, we collect your name, contact information, business classification, and insurance documentation. We also collect tax information through our W-9 submission form. Tax identification numbers are encrypted and stored securely; they are not displayed in the portal and are accessed only for required tax reporting purposes.

Portal and account data

When you log in to our partner or installer portal, we collect authentication session data through Supabase (our database and authentication provider). We do not store passwords; login uses a secure email magic link. Session tokens are stored in your browser for the duration of your session.

Payment data

Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment status from the processor after a transaction is completed.

Uploaded files

Photos, receipts, and insurance documents you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled file storage system. Files are accessible only to authorized users within your company account.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule and coordinate installation services;
• To calculate and issue any partner program payments to garden-center partners;
• To issue payments and earnings statements to installation contractors;
• To comply with tax reporting obligations (W-9 / 1099);
• To communicate about jobs, offers, and support requests through the portal and by email;
• To improve our services and platform.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as follows:

• Customer installation details are shared with the assigned installation contractor to complete the job;
• Job details submitted by a garden-center partner are shared with the GardenReady admin team;
• We use a secure third-party payment processor for payments and Resend to deliver transactional emails on our behalf;
• We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention and Security

We retain job, financial, and tax records for a minimum of seven years to meet business and legal record-keeping requirements. Account data is retained for as long as the account is active. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through your GardenReady portal. Note that we may be required to retain certain records for tax and legal compliance even after an account is closed.
