Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the GardenReady website and partner portal operated by Garden Ready LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Who We Are

GardenReady is a greenhouse installation brokerage based in Northeast Ohio. We connect greenhouse and garden center partners with independent installation contractors to complete plant delivery and installation jobs for their customers. We are not a landscaping company and do not directly employ installation crews.

Our Services

Submitting a job lead or a quote request through our platform is a request for service. It does not by itself create a binding contract. Scope, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed directly with the customer and the assigned contractor before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any job request.

Partner Portal Use

Access to the partner portal is granted to approved greenhouse partners and verified installation contractors only. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting leads, quotes, or account details;
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share portal access with unauthorized persons;
• Use the portal only for its intended purposes and not attempt to access data outside your permitted scope;
• Not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Payments and Fees

Customers are charged a deposit at the time of quote acceptance. The balance is due upon job completion. All payments are processed through Square. Referral fees owed to greenhouse partners and earnings owed to installation contractors are calculated based on the final confirmed job amounts and paid on the schedule set forth in your individual partner or installer agreement.

We do not guarantee that any specific job will be completed or that any specific payment will be made unless a job has been formally accepted and completed in accordance with the agreed scope.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the job-specific agreement confirmed with each customer. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once a job has been dispatched to an installer. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Plant Care and Work Quality

We stand behind our installations. If a plant does not survive due to an error in the installation process itself, we will address it according to the terms confirmed for that specific job. This is a general commitment, not the full terms of any individual project agreement.

Independent Contractors

All installation work is performed by independent contractors, not employees of Garden Ready LLC. We do not control the day-to-day means or methods by which contractors perform their work. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garden Ready LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or portal, or from any installation services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a specific job shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for that job.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and the platform itself, is owned by or licensed to Garden Ready LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Summit County, Ohio.
