Get set up
Complete a quick W-9 and upload your insurance. Once verified, your installer account is activated and you can receive jobs.
We offer you local jobs
When a job near you is ready, you get an email and a dashboard alert. You have 24 hours to accept or decline, no obligation.
Accept and set your price
If it works for you, accept and enter your cost for the job. You set your own number. We handle all customer pricing and billing.
Do the work
Call 811, pick up the plants, deliver, install, and clean up. Upload before and after photos and mark the job complete in your dashboard.
Get paid
Once the customer's balance clears, your payout is queued. Track completed jobs and upcoming payouts in your Earnings tab.

Common questions from installers.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the GardenReady installer network is free. You earn your full submitted cost on every job you complete.
How and when do I get paid?
You enter your cost when you accept a job; that's your payout. Once the customer pays their balance and the job closes, your payout is queued and released on our regular payout cycle. Track it all in your Earnings tab.
What do I need to qualify?
General liability insurance (at least $1M), your own tools and reliable transport, and a service area in the region we cover. You upload your insurance in the portal and we verify it before your first job.
Am I required to call 811?
Yes. Before any digging, you must contact 811 (or your state's one-call center) and confirm utilities are marked. You confirm this in the app before completing a job, it's part of our installer agreement.
Can I turn down jobs?
Always. Every offer is optional. You have 24 hours to accept or decline, with no penalty for passing on work that doesn't fit your schedule.
How do I get started?
Apply through the Join Our Network page. Once approved, you'll complete your W-9, upload insurance, set your password, and start receiving local job offers.
