Does it cost anything to join?
No. Founding partners join free. There are no per-job fees and no cut of your plant sales, you keep 100% of everything you sell. GardenReady never sells the plants; they are purchased separately from your garden center.
Do you take a cut of my plant sales?
No. GardenReady never sells plants and never touches your register. Your customers buy their plants directly from you, in person, and you keep every dollar. We only transact the installation.
So how does my garden center make more money?
Customers buy whole designs instead of single plants, so your baskets get bigger, on the customers you already serve. You keep every dollar of the plant sale, and we take the install off your plate. Founding partners also get first access to new tools and partner rewards as we roll them out.
Who does the installation, and are they insured?
Vetted, insured local installers in our network, never a DIY handoff. Every installer is checked and carries general liability insurance before we ever dispatch them. Once a job is accepted, the installer typically picks the plants up from your garden center and plants them; pickup and delivery are coordinated per job.
Do I have to deal with the customer's install or scheduling?
No. GardenReady handles the install quote, the customer's install payment, scheduling, and sign-off. You just make the plant sale.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Northeast Ohio and are expanding. Partner garden centers get first access to new service areas as we grow.
